Purpose of the Position:
Under the general guidance of the Executive Director this position is to develop, refine, 
implement, monitor, and evaluate all phases of hospital clinical, field experience and field 
internship/Capstone for the EMS Programs at Pee Dee Regional EMS. The EMS clinical coordinator will 
be primarily responsible for the collaborative planning, delivery and evaluation of hospital 
clinical and prehospital field instruction, as well as some classroom and laboratory instructions, 
and for providing those related services and support activities required for optimal student 
learning and effective educational programming.

Qualifications:
Paramedic with greater than 3 years of experience in a mid-level to busy ALS Emergency Medical 
service.
Must maintain NREMT and SC paramedic certification during employment. Prefer Associate in Science 
degree or ability to obtain within one year of hire. Must have or complete Instructor Methodology 
within 1 year of employment. BLS, ACLS, PHTLS, AMLS, EPC, PALS instructor within 1 year of 
employment

Annual Salary: $48,000 - $50,000
