PRINT YOUR EMS ID CARD

KNOW THE FOLLOWING:

This is an official department card.
This card can be used as identification for a DPH Inspector.
This card can be laminated.
We will issue a card upon initial certification. A card will also be issued if there is a change in level of certification.
You can always request a card from the EMS Section.

Printing Of EMT Cards

Effective July 1st, 2021: No paper applications will be accepted for any credentials provided by South Carolina EMS (EMTs, Drivers, Agency License):

Except for individuals who are state-only certified EMTs

Applicants must have an account on the South Carolina Credentialing & Licensure Portal
