| Marlboro County Emergency Medical Services are considering candidates for a modified version of 24/48 positions. Marlboro County EMS utilizes progressive protocols/medications such as on scene resuscitation, team concept CPR, TXA, Ketamine, Heparin, Airtraq video laryngoscopy, and currently in implementation phase of LUCAs and Stryker Power load units on all units. Marlboro County offers competitive wages, internal paid continuing education, participation in the SC State Retirement System, and full benefit package. |
