The base annual wage is generated from a base hourly rate of $17.69 per hour under the standard rotating 12 hour shift schedule. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a 7 day pay cycle. Therefore, the estimated base annual wage is $40,937.78.
